Gas Line Leak Inspection in Pittsburg, CA

An electronic gas sniffer wand contains a sensitive semiconductor sensor calibrated to detect methane and propane molecules down to parts per million (PPM). It emits an audible alarm that intensifies as it approaches the exact leak source.

During a pressure drop test, we isolate your gas piping system, disconnect gas appliances, and pressurize lines with air to 15 PSI. If the test gauge needle drops over 15 minutes, a leak exists that must be located and repaired.
